Bonsai Review: Is It Still the Best All-in-One for Solo Consultants in 2026?

    Naveen Kumar (TSA)

The Bonsai review picture changed in December 2025 when Zoom completed its acquisition. The product is the same. The pricing is similar. What changed is who is making the roadmap decisions: an enterprise communications company, not a freelancer software company. Tax preparation was already removed from the base subscription and moved to a $100/year add-on post-acquisition. Most Bonsai reviews published before 2026 do not document this change.

Dubsado Pricing: True Annual Cost After Setup, Overages, and Payment Fees

    Naveen Kumar (TSA)

Dubsado restructured pricing in December 2025. The old Starter at $20/month and Premier at $40/month are the rates still appearing across the majority of comparison sites. Both figures are wrong for new subscribers. Current Dubsado pricing is Starter at $35/month and Premier at $55/month. Annual billing brings those to $335/year and $525/year. Any source quoting the old rates is comparing against a plan that no longer exists.

HoneyBook Pricing Breakdown: Real Annual Cost After the 89% Starter Plan Increase

    Naveen Kumar (TSA)

HoneyBook pricing changed fundamentally in February 2025. The Starter plan went from $19 to $36 per month, an 89% increase. Essentials moved from $39 to $59. Most comparison articles still show the old numbers. The subscription is not the full cost. HoneyBook’s ACH fee is 1.5% uncapped. On a $10,000 invoice paid by bank transfer, that is $150 in processing fees. On $40,000 per month in retainers, it is $7,200 per year.

Linear vs Motion: The Modern PM Stack for High-Output Product Agencies

    Naveen Kumar (TSA)

The Linear vs Motion comparison is built on a false premise. These tools do not compete for the same job. Linear tracks what needs to be built across engineering and product. Motion manages when each person actually works on it. The agencies that deliver fastest use both: Linear for sprint execution and GitHub integration, Motion for AI calendar scheduling and team capacity visibility. Choosing one to replace the other creates the gap that causes sprint overruns.

Stripe Make.com Integration: Building a Webhook Reconciliation Ledger

    Naveen Kumar (TSA)

The Stripe Make.com integration for payment reconciliation solves a problem that grows invisibly. A Stripe payout bundles dozens of individual transactions minus fees into a single bank deposit. Matching that deposit to client invoices manually is 3 to 5 hours of finance work per month that compounds with every new client. This guide builds the ledger that captures every payment event, flags exceptions, and reconciles payout batches automatically.

ZoomInfo Pricing: What Agencies Actually Pay After the Contract Is Signed

    Naveen Kumar (TSA)

ZoomInfo pricing starts at $14,995 per year and the sales page does not exist. Every quote is custom, every deal goes through a rep, and two agencies with identical use cases can receive quotes that differ by $20,000. The median agency contract per Vendr’s 2026 verified purchase data lands at $31,875 annually. The real cost after seats, intent data, credit overages, and the first renewal typically runs $30,000 to $60,000.
